Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using Physics AI. It applies to your prompts, uploads, generated outputs, account activity, and any other use of our services.

Permitted Use

Physics AI is intended for lawful, educational, and productivity-focused use. Permitted use includes physics tutoring, worked explanations, physics-related diagrams, study support, and other legitimate classroom or self-study workflows.

Prohibited Content

  • Sexual or NSFW content, including nudity, pornography, fetish content, sexually explicit material, or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture, glorification of violence, or instructions intended to facilitate violent harm.
  • Hate speech or harassment targeting a person or protected group, including dehumanizing, threatening, or discriminatory content.
  • Child-unsafe content or CSAM, including any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, abuse, or endangerment of a minor.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation intended to deceive, defraud, harass, exploit, or falsely portray a real person, celebrity, or public figure.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized use of protected characters, brands, logos, artwork, or other third-party intellectual property.

Safety and Integrity

  • Attempt to bypass, disable, probe, or reverse engineer any safety filter, moderation control, credit control, or usage limit.
  • Use automated means to abuse the services, interfere with platform stability, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Submit content that you do not have the right to use, including infringing or misappropriated third-party material.
  • Use the services in any way that violates applicable law, school rules, exam rules, or third-party rights.

How We Moderate AI Content

Image-generation prompts are screened before generation, and generated images are automatically reviewed again before they are displayed or saved. Requests may be allowed, blocked, or held for review. We retain redacted decision logs for security and appeals without storing unnecessary prompt content in the moderation log.

Reporting Violations

Report suspected prohibited content, unsafe generation, or policy abuse to support@physicsai.chat. Include the account email, relevant URL or task details, and a short explanation. We review reports, preserve necessary evidence, remove violating content, and take account action when appropriate.

Appeals

If you believe a request, output, or account was restricted by mistake, contact our support team from your account email. We will review the relevant moderation decision and respond with the outcome.

Enforcement

We may refuse requests, remove generated content, clear credits associated with abuse, limit functionality, suspend accounts, or terminate access when a violation occurs or when necessary to protect users, partners, or the platform.

Updates and Questions

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
